Mark Bradford transforms materials scavenged from the street into wall-sized collages and installations that respond to the impromptu networks%u2014underground economies, migrant communities, or popular appropriation of abandoned public space%u2014that emerge within a city. Bradford's work is informed by his personal background as a third-generation merchant in Los Angeles and by the traditions of abstract painting developed worldwide in the twentieth century.

A quick introduction to the world of post modern art.
These are my abstract thoughts on post modernism. I'm not saying I know what it is, it's just how I feel about it right now. If I were to exist 200 years from now, then i'd definately have a great view on what it is...but for now it's a very blurry subject.
